Every bride squad has the same problem: the ten women who came for the party and the three who came for the wine. The pole class is a lot. The paint‑and‑sip is a nap. Dinner is fine but dinner is what you do every other Thursday.

Music bingo splits the difference. It's a structured game with 5×5 cards and a scoreboard — which pulls in the type‑A friend who came to win something. And it's a live DJ set with dance battles — which pulls in the friend who's already up when the horn stab hits. Everyone plays. Nobody's checking their phone.

And we come to you. Airbnb, restaurant private room, backyard, hotel suite — wherever the squad is, that's where the setup goes.

How It Works

Three rounds. The bride's era. Every prize goes to her table.

1. You tell us the bride's era. Late‑90s Aaliyah baby? 2000s Beyoncé girl? Y2K R&B forever? We build the song pool around what she'll actually recognize — so every round she's leaning forward, not politely nodding.
2. We show up with everything. Host, DJ, printed cards, daubers, sound system, prizes. You send us the address and the count — that's it. Setup takes 30 minutes.
3. Three rounds. The bride's card is the priority card. Prizes get customized for her — bachelorette sash, "Team Bride" swag, custom trophies, whatever you send us. Between rounds: lip sync wars, dance battles, and the room lit for the group photo she'll actually post.

What comes with the booking.

• Host on the mic — keeps the room moving, handles introductions, calls the bride out at every winning moment.
• DJ with full sound system — music bingo needs the horn stab to hit. We bring the speaker rig.
• Custom song pool — up to 60 tracks tuned to the bride's era, favorite artists, and any specific songs from the wedding.
• Printed 5×5 cards — one per player, uniquely generated so no two are the same. Optional: brand them with the wedding hashtag or the bride's name.
• Daubers in the wedding colors — we match the palette if you send it.
• Prizes — either you supply them or we source. Bride's card wins get customized items.
• Between-round entertainment — lip sync war and dance battle formats optional, on request.

Venues That Work

Where we've set up before.

• Airbnb / vacation rental — living room + backyard. Needs ~15 feet of clear space for the DJ table and dance area.
• Restaurant private room — we coordinate with the venue on sound levels. Most private rooms handle music bingo fine.
• Hotel event space — if the wedding is at a hotel, we run the bachelorette in the same building the night before.
• Rooftop / patio — NJ + NYC rooftops in summer. Weather backup plan required.
• Home / backyard — block off the driveway for parking. Neighbors get invited.

Pricing

What it costs.

Pricing depends on group size, venue location, and add‑ons. Send an inquiry with the details and we'll come back with a fixed quote within 24 hours — no back and forth.

A rough range: 10–20 person bachelorette in NJ starts around $600–900. Larger groups and NYC rooftops scale up from there. Weddings-adjacent booking discounts if you also book us for the rehearsal dinner or bridal shower.

FAQ

Things brides ask before they book.

• How far in advance do we need to book?

  Weekends 4–6 weeks out. Peak wedding season (May, June, September, October) fills 8+ weeks ahead. Weeknights are usually available with 2 weeks' notice.

• Can the songs be all R&B (or all 2000s, or all Beyoncé)?

  Yes. That's the whole point of the custom pool. Tell us the theme and we build it around that. All‑Beyoncé setlists have been done.

• Can we run this at a park or the beach?

  Public parks — usually not (permit + power required). Private beach club rentals — yes, we've done Belmar and LBI setups.

• Do you handle prizes or do we bring them?

  Either. We can source generic bachelorette‑themed prizes (sash, tumbler, "Team Bride" merch) or use whatever you supply. Round‑three prize is usually something bigger — that's on you.

• Is there an age limit?

  Private events, no. Your venue's rules apply for alcohol.

• How long is the night?

  ~3 hours total. Setup 30 min, three bingo rounds ~90 min with dance breaks, then DJ keeps going until you cut it off. Extendable in 30‑minute increments.
